WHAT TO RECORD
A short introduction + a sample call
Start with your name and a brief introduction to your calling experience. Then read these lines naturally, using your name:
“Hi, is this Alex? Hey Alex, this is [your name] calling—I’ll be quick. I was looking at a property in Parker County and I think it might be yours—about five acres. Is that right?”
Pause as if Alex confirmed, then continue:
“Have you ever considered selling it? Would you be interested in hearing an offer for it?”
Respond in your own words
The seller says: “I’m not interested. You’re probably going to offer me less than it’s worth.”
Give your response and explain what you would ask next. We’re listening for clarity, a natural pace, and respectful handling of the objection.
Use a quiet space and a clear microphone. This is a sample audition; do not call a real property owner.
